About

Hi! I'm Alice :) I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Kokoon, a learning companion on a mission to disrupt the corporate learning space. We’re building an always-on, adaptive learning experience that moves beyond outdated e-learning and shelf-content to drive real behaviour change and skills growth. Kokoon creates personalised learning plans, adapts them to each person’s day-to-day context, and measures true skill acquisition, starting with Gen Z talent and the soft skills that define the future of work. Our clients range from fast-growing fintech and healthtech startups to large enterprises reimagining their L&D. Before Kokoon, I led large-scale workforce and learning initiatives across Amazon, WeWork, Publicis Sapient, and a Series A tech startup (which exited successfully). Highlights include: 🚀 Leading Amazon’s Small Business Accelerator across Europe 🌍 Scaling WeWork’s social impact programs across 5+ countries 🤖 Driving AI rollout and analytics as Chief of Staff at a productivity startup 💡 Supporting GenAI enablement and learning at Publicis Sapient I’m also the host of the Work in Motion podcast where I interview founders and leaders shaping the future of work, learning, and leadership.
