If you told my 12 year old self that I would one day be working in corporate boardrooms and advising Fortune 500 clients, I would have laughed in disbelief. My journey began very differently in the swimming pool. There, I learned that success is not just about raw energy. It is about being strong, careful, and always trying to do your best. Competing at the state level taught me how to focus well and stay disciplined, lessons I still use today. Life took an unexpected turn when I dove into the world of business, consulting, and banking. At JPMorgan and McKinsey, I found that problem-solving rests on: focus, adaptability, and executing under pressure. Leading cross-border, cross-functional projects, I worked on everything from cost optimization and market expansion to boosting profitability and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, always with sustainability in mind. Leveraging data-driven insights and AI, I aim to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable outcomes alongside diverse teams. My expertise spans new market entry, performance improvement, private equity value creation, cost transformation, strategic growth, digital transformation and sustainability. Some highlights include mentoring future leaders as McKinsey Forward faculty, driving adoption of McKinsey’s GenAI tool, earning a fast-track promotion, and organizing impactful social projects like the McKinsey Day of Service. I’m passionate about combining rigorous strategy with meaningful impact, operating mostly across EMEA and APAC. My journey in strategy is rooted in the conviction that every investment should tell a story of inclusion and every framework should build a path toward a more equitable future. I have always seen finance as a bridge toward dignity rather than just a balance sheet, fueled by a lifelong curiosity about how the right strategy can spark change in emerging markets. Currently pursuing my MBA at ESADE in Barcelona, I’m deepening my knowledge of AI-driven sustainability and expanding my leadership skills.
