Most engineering teams are still treating AI as a side project. I help them make it their operating system. I lead AI transformation at Sanas, where I'm responsible for reshaping how our engineering organization operates in an AI-first world.
Over the past year, I've taken our AI initiatives from isolated experiments to an enterprise-wide platform that now handles core workflows across Engineering teams. The result is a fundamentally different operating model where AI agents work alongside every function, not as tools but as integrated parts of how we deliver.
The companies that win won't be those with the best models but they'll be the ones that figure out how to redesign work itself. That means rethinking team structures, redefining roles, and building new ways to measure productivity when humans and AI agents collaborate.
