• I've had the privilege of being part of the Titan family since June 2000, a journey that has taken me across the vibrant landscapes of the East, Gujarat, and the entire Southern region—including the beautiful state of Goa.
• My career began in sales, where I had the opportunity to learn, grow, and consistently prove my mettle. From there, I transitioned into the dynamic world of retail, eventually stepping into the role of Brand Manager for Titan. One of the most exciting chapters during this time was Creating & leading the launch of Zoop, our beloved kids’ brand—a project that remains close to my heart.
• Following that, I took on the role of Regional Business Manager for the South, a position I held with pride for five enriching years. Today, I bring all those years of on-ground experience into my current role in training, where I continue to contribute to the growth and excellence of the brand I hold dear.
• I managed the retail capability for the company thereafter from May 2015 till Oct 2025. Now moving into the business again as Head of Customer Service and Learning for the Watches and Wearables Division.
