• 1. Got the subject 'Entrepreneurship' shifted from last (4th) semester to earlier (3rd) semester.
• 2. Got the subject 'Entrepreneurship' moved from 'Elective' to 'Core', thereby increasing the number of students from around 40 to over 200.
• 3. Got the subject 'Entrepreneurship' changed from the 'University Paper' list to 'Internal Paper' list, thereby introducing continuous evaluation based on activities and thus eliminating the term-end written examination.
• 4. Got the students of 'Entrepreneurship' to write a book named 'Guts & Glory' containing success stories of alumni entrepreneurs, as a part of continuous evaluation. The book is now with Rupa & Co. for publication and distribution.
• 5. Introduced the Marketplace-Live Business Simulation exercise named 'Venture Strategy' for students and also organised a 'Train The Trainer' Workshop on Business Simulation for teachers, trainers and consultants.
• 6. Concieved, designed and successfully launched a 'Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation & Corporate Entrepreneurship (PGDICE)
• 7. Designed the Concept Note, promotional material and first draft of Programme Structure for the first of its kind 2-year fully residential MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship' launched by SIBM Pune in 2014.
• 8. Mentored the SIBM-Hyderabad campus in its initial days.
• 9. Pursued and completed Ph. D. in Intrapreneurship so as to bring the concept in sharp focus at Symbiosis in general and at SIBM in particular.
• 10. Completely restructured the weekend executive programmes SIBM to make them modular in nature and also designed four new Certificate programmes (Finance, HR, Marketing and Operations)

• 2. Conducted a number of Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) in Entrepreneurship as a part of the Entrepreneurship Educator Certification (EEC) programme where participating teachers were jointly certified by IIM-Bangalore, Stanford Technology Ventures Programme (STVP) and NEN.
• 3. Conducted a number of student Workshops for preparing them to lead Entrepreneurship Cells (E-Cells) on their respective campuses.
• 4. Developed teaching resources.

• 1. Essentially made efforts to convert the campus into an entrepreneurial campus creating job creators.
• 2. Against skepticism all-around, organised a highly acclaimed 'National Seminar on Entrepreneurial Opportunities for Management Graduates' with over twenty young first-generation entrepreneurs from varied industries addressing the 300-strong gathering.
• 3. Followed-up the National Seminar with a Workshop on 'How To Teach Entrepreneurship', conducted by stalwarts like Mr. Prataprao Pawar (MD Sakal Papers), Mr. Pramod Chaudhari (Chairman, Praj Industries) and Mr. Prakash Ratnaparkhi (Chairman, Electronica) as Resource Persons (not just as Guests).
• 4. Won the 'Most Appreciated Faculty' Award based on student feedback.
