As part of the founding engineering team at GrowthSchool, I've had the rare opportunity to own engineering end-to-end from whiteboard to production. Architecture decisions, infrastructure design, team building, and product delivery all sit on my plate, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm an engineer at heart, but what genuinely excites me is the moment engineering and business collide when a feature lifts revenue, when an infra change frees up an entire team, when a system you built quietly makes the whole operation run smoother. I spend most of my headspace in code and architecture, but I reserve a meaningful slice for understanding the 'why' behind what we're building. That context is what separates good engineering from great product thinking. On the side, I'm building something from scratch, one pilot customer, real feedback, and the kind of chaos that makes it fun.
