• Routine monitoring of wells and Flow station activities to achieve the daily production targets without fail. Taking quick action to avoid Production downtime in case of leakage or well intervention works. Closely monitoring of Wells Water cut% and take preventive measures before the well ceases.
• Continuous and close monitoring of all Gas Lifted wells and do the required optimisation for better recovery and to meet production targets along with Team leads support.
• Giving instruction and supporting well site operators working with me to complete all the well related jobs to avoid downtime and to meet the target on time
• In close coordination with my Team Lead frequently to keep up the Oil Production rate constant and act according to instructions given by team lead if we find any abnormalities.
• Achieving daily production targets and works instructed by team lead for smooth onsite operations along with HSE policy.
