• I joined Kinara as the first engineer at its Hyderabad site with the mission to build a world-class software team and define a Software first approach to AI silicon. I championed our 'Software-First' strategy, where software needs dictated hardware design. This philosophy was the driving force behind two successful AI chips.
• From the ground up, I designed our entire AI software stack—compiler, runtime, and security protocols—to run everything from computer vision to Generative AI Models. I was deeply involved in building our most critical customer relationship with Amazon, architecting solutions that met their demanding technical needs. It was an incredible journey to grow the team from just myself to 50 talented engineers and to see our patented co-design innovations come to life in our Ara processors.
