A bit about me: I left a C-level role most people would kill for. Great boss. Brand I loved. Compensation that made leaving feel reckless. But I could see my future if I stayed: comfortable, predictable, safe. And that certainty I'd never fully use my gifts was suffocating. So I left to help others do what I spent years learning the hard way—build trusted influence without the noise. I wrote "People Before Things" about leading change in a way that honors the human experience. It became a bestseller because it challenged the idea that transformation is a technology problem. My next book, "Unignorable" (coming soon), is for everyone tired of being overlooked. It's about the five behaviors that separate high performers from high-impact leaders. The kind who get invited into rooms, trusted with decisions, and followed without needing a bigger title.
