Hey, I’m Olivia Deka - I work across the venture ecosystem with founders, funds, and LPs - to turn relationships into capital outcomes. My focus is early-stage, where deal flow, co-investors, and credible positioning matter most. Over the past decade, I’ve built a career that cuts across nonprofits, startups, venture platforms, and advisory. From founding a social impact organisation that scaled across India & EMEA, to operating inside startups, to building global partnerships with VCs, Founders, and ecosystem enablers - each step has shaped how I now work with capital allocators and founders. Currently, I split my time between: • Working w VC funds and the larger ecosystem on bridging gaps across - Startegy & ops, fundraising and ecosystem positioning • Supporting founders with deal readiness, capital introductions, and investor communications • Running The Capital Room, a platform convening women investors and emerging women managers • Championing ecosystem evangelism through events, thought partnerships, and cross-border community building What I bring is breadth of network and depth of trust. I don’t limit myself to one sector or geography; instead, I specialise in building capital pathways - between Global South founders and global investors, between LPs and new managers, between startups and growth enablers.
