I conducted an analysis of the sales of 500 products. Through this analysis I identified 50 unprofitable products. I, then, calculated new safety stocks for the 450 remaining products and I detected that the company was using larger stocks than needed. I reduced the stock cost by 10%.
Apart from my sales analysis I assisted in the company's accounting by using excel to keep record of all costs and revenues experienced by the company.
I did also communicate directly with costumers at the retail store's cashier, performed and recorded the sales.
