• These days I am almost exclusively focused on students (mostly K-12, but also some higher-ed) worldwide, with an eye towards digital and visual literacy, creativity in the classroom, STEAM, and the role that Adobe services and tools play in the future of communication and storytelling. Included in this is a focus on educator readiness, helping them understand creative teaching and teaching creativity, and ensuring that they are appropriately equipped to drive student success. When I am not in the classroom I am meeting with educators, faculty, education decisionmakers, and industry leaders.

• I led a team that was responsible for ensuring customer success via learning and training, with a primary emphasis on Creative Cloud apps and services. We created and procured content, experimented with different teaching styles, surfaced content across multiple destinations and platforms, and focused on creating a useful and productive learning experience, And of course I still found time for writing, lecturing, presenting ... some things don't change.

• I led a new team that was responsible for ensuring Creative Cloud subscriber success via learning and training across all products and services. This new role was spun off from my previous Developer Relations position, allowing for a focus on ongoing learning and education, and for a much broader and more diverse audience. And of course I was still writing, lecturing, presenting ... some things don't change.

• I headed up Adobe's Developer Relations team, and was responsible for developer evangelism, community relations, and developer education, with an emphasis on anything that relates to web and app development using both web standards and Flash. I spent a considerable amount of time interacting with partners, customers, and users so as to be able to educate them while also learning about what they are doing with are products so as to be able to help drive future product direction.

• Macromedia acquired Allaire, and so I became a primary technical spokesperson for Macromedia products (primarily server products). In that capacity I got to spend a considerable amount of time interacting with partners, customers, and users so as to be able to educate them while also learning about what they are doing with our products so as to be able to help drive future product direction.
