• Devised a reliable design procedure for BLDC motor by integrating Magnet 2D and PC-BDC packages. Devised the different processes of evaluation of permanent magnets for using them in BLDC applications.
• Designed and developed the Cost effective designs for two existing BLDC motors using FEM tool and placed in divisions.
• Designed and predicted the performances of the motor for submersible pump application. Modification is to be done based on the design for six-sigma tool.
