I am a passionate and dedicated educator with a PhD specialization in Special Needs Education and a strong commitment to inclusive teaching. With over a decade of experience across diverse educational settings, I strive to create positive, supportive environments that empower students with special needs to thrive. Currently, I serve as Inclusion teacher at Rawafed Private School, where I focus on developing and implementing tailored educational strategies to support students with diverse learning needs. In addition to my teaching role, I am pursuing an NPQ for SEN Coordinators from University College London (UCL), which further strengthens my ability to lead inclusive education practices. My career path has allowed me to gain rich experience in both local and international settings, including roles as a support services supervisor at Ryan International School in Abu Dhabi, a teacher at Nawader National School in Saudi Arabia, and a specialist at the El Amal Institute for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired in Egypt. I hold an RBT certification, and my work is rooted in evidence-based practices aimed at delivering meaningful outcomes for individuals with special needs.
