• Also created, wrote, and enacted Project Management processes. In addition, developed and produced full video and training manual databases utilizing Screencast, Camtasia, and various MS Office products.
• Learned much about the website development processes and how technical project management skills came naturally. Additionally, realized strong aptitude to website development languages including HTML, CSS, and PHP sparking interest to learn more.

• Trusted team member that was able to protect the confidentiality of information and effectively execute job expectations.
• Also selected to represent company as a member of a cleanup team sent to New Orleans, LA after Hurricane Katrina’s devastation.

• First hired as an hourly temp to overhaul the contact database, was quickly offered full-time Office Manager & Human Resources Rep position to continue database management and provide assistance to all departments. Was asked to step in for an unexpectedly vacated crucial position to handle high value sponsorship clients. This included the design and build of a mock convenience store through which sponsors gained millions of dollars in post event revenue. Clients and managers alike provided praise for the grace and maturity carried while completing such a high-stress position. Later took over all technology management through natural aptitude and minimal assistance. Maintained the corporate Windows server, contact database, and all employee Windows based machines.
