I began my career journey with a deep passion for fashion design, dreaming of creating something beautiful and expressive. But as life unfolded, I realized that my true calling lay elsewhere — in people, conversations, and culture. Destiny had its own design, and it gracefully led me into the world of Human Resources — a space where my personality, empathy, and curiosity naturally found their place. My first hands-on experience came through an internship at CDIL, where I stepped into the HR world with fresh eyes and an eager heart. From managing documentation and supporting employee engagement to understanding the core of what makes a workplace function smoothly — I knew this was where I belonged. That realization only deepened when I joined Nirogam as an HR Executive. What started as a learning phase soon turned into ownership, responsibility, and growth. Today, I proudly lead the HR function at Nirogam as an HR Manager, guiding people processes, nurturing teams, and building systems that support both individuals and the organization. From onboarding to offboarding, from feedback loops to cultural rituals — every step has been part of an incredible journey that’s still unfolding.
