About

I jumped into real estate early, but not in the usual way. I started in mortgage and HELOC accounts at JPMorgan, learning how capital actually flows and how the top 1% use leverage to build wealth. That stuck with me. Eventually, I left to build something on my own terms and have been chasing real estate opportunities ever since. Over the years, I’ve closed 150+ acquisitions. From flips and small multifamily projects to short-term rentals and full hotel conversions, I’ve done the gritty work. I've raised millions, managed teams, and navigated significant challenges that forged resilience and sharpened my approach. The turning point came during the pandemic. While many paused, I saw a chance to innovate. I started converting underused hotel properties into long-stay, apartment-style housing. One of those, a Studio 6, became the successful blueprint for an automated, no-front-desk, strong cash-flow model. That hands-on success is the foundation for what I’m building now. ULTRA Extended Stay™ is the next step: a hospitality focused consulting firm focused on tech-driven, extended-stay adaptive reuse projects. I'm on a mission to solve the tired and old hotels and motels across the US to scale this proven model, creating efficient, high-experience accommodations. It’s about finding the right partners who see the future of flexible living. I love solving complex problems and spotting value where others don’t – a tired motel, a misunderstood submarket, a deal everyone else passed on. That hands-on approach also drives my short-term rental management company, where we virtually manage over 40 properties across the U.S., constantly refining automated systems and guest experiences. I’m a builder at heart and definitely a bit of a workaholic, but it’s easier when you genuinely enjoy the process. For me, real estate is the best way to drive change and innovate with purpose. I work closely with high-net-worth investors and family offices, people who believe real estate is shifting and want to be part of what’s next. If that sounds like you, let’s connect. I’m always open to good ideas and even better conversations.
