Designed the initial versions of the Dineout app, which have now achieved remarkable success. (Swiggy acquired Dineout in May 2022 in a multi-million dollar deal).
I led the design & implementation of Great Indian Restaurant Festival (GIRF) at Dineout. After GIRF, average Dineout Pay GMV showed a sustainable growth of 154%. No of diners increased two fold.
Designed the Dineout Passport membership program, which was a huge success & now has merged with Swiggy One. Acquired 6000+ members in the first 2 months.
Redesigned the Restaurant Display Page (the heart of the Dineout product). Huge increase in conversion. Approx. 2s reduction in RDP load time.
Redesigned the Pay Bill flow on Dineout to streamline the payment process and enhance security. Implemented a PIN-based offer redemption checkout, reducing fraud & errors. Reduced checkout time by >10-second. Checkout abandonment was reduced drastically.

Redesigned the Eyewear Listing & Product Detail Page for John Jacobs of Lenskart.
Designed & collaborated in projects like Lenskart Cash, Titanium collection launch page UI & more. The titanium collection sold out within a week of its release, making it one of the most successful in-house eyewear collections.
Designed the #howdoilook contest page featuring Katrina Kaif, leveraging virtual try-on feature. User engagement increased by 37% during the contest.
Designed the first versions of Lenskart’s virtual eyeglass try-on.
