Led the frontend development of a new comprehensive multi-tenant ERP solution for educational institutions, currently being used by a million+ users.
The ERP solution digitizes all operations of a school/college, automating and improving the efficiency of tasks/processes that tend to be clerical.
The massive data-intensive application (PWA) consists of hundreds of complex forms/interactive tables, dozen+ dashboards, and can serve multiple sub-organizations, dozens of roles, and role-specific workflows.
I built comprehensive features for managing Student onboarding, Accounting, Inventory, Fees, Staff/Student attendance, Timetable, Class Test, Infirmary, Library, and Transport management.
Along with a comprehensive WhatsApp-like chat system, Calendar management, Intelligent document processing, OCR, and QR-scanner-based data entry flows, Gen AI-powered features, and many more.
In addition to building reusable components/UI library and integrating APIs efficiently, I implemented client-side authentication, extensive role-based permissions/access protection (RBAC for 20+ roles), app-wide state management, enforced best practices & patterns, and have done various client-side integrations/optimizations. Mostly worked as a sole front-end developer collaborating with a team of back-end developers, I worked on the application from scratch and was responsible for all aspects of building a user-friendly, multi-tenant, enterprise application.
