• My work spans the entire design process guiding teams in exploring the problem-space (and discovering the unknown unknowns), identifying and defining the problems and leverage points in the system, and solving problems and prototyping interventions. My work often relates to digital solutions, but I am solution-agnostic, whichever is the right answer or set of answers to address the problems and root causes: digital, physical and spatial experiences, services, gatherings, and policies.

• I lead a team of mixed methods researchers to identify systemic levers to shift the workforce into climate-positive jobs.
• This work informs and improves the programmes offered by Work on Climate, and as a catalyst for other organizations in the ecosystem to tackle the barriers and amplify the drivers to activating the climate workforce.

• I took some time off to explore the vast landscape of climate and find out how I could contribute to addressing the climate crisis as effectively as possible, as well as to reconfigure my relationship with work, and rediscover my other identities after 8 years without a proper break and particularly intense startup phase.
• During this time, I took several courses including the 3-month intensive Terra.do: Climate Change Learning for Action Course, the Systems Interventions course by Unschool, as well as short courses from Zopeful and Low Carbon Business School.
• I also networked a ton and volunteered as a Researcher for Work On Climate and running action-focused workshops for Climate Action Community in Berlin. I even participated in an art exhibition called Ecotopia where I presented my installation "Postcards from the Future"
• I've come out of this experience refreshed, discovering new and broader ways to contribute, and with a much more nuanced understanding of the system. I'm particularly interested in:
• Regenerative Agriculture - because it has so many extra benefits than just reducing carbon emissions. I've researched the challenges to transitioning to this way of farming, which I’d love to help overcome.
• Ecological economics - fundamentally we need to move away from capitalism - towards things like doughnut economics, mission economy, degrowth. I'd love to bring more of this thinking into design.
• Climate justice - You can’t think about any green transition without thinking about fairness and equity in my opinion.
• Culture/behavior/systems change work - in the end, it all stems back to this. I'd love to help circular economy initiatives develop new behaviors towards reusing and repairing instead of buying new.

• As a UX and Service Design Consultant I helped to shape products and services around the people they’re designed for. I worked with clients in the public and private sector to help them find better ways to be more customer-centred. I was involved in all aspects of projects from conducting discovery research, experience visions and defining strategy, to tactical delivery and execution.
• I worked with the Metropolitan Police, National Policing, Openbank (Online Bank of Santander Group), Euler Hermes, J.P. Morgan, Blackrock, The MTA (New York) and HSBC.
• During this time, I designed the award-winning Metropolitan Police website and visual identity. In the first 6 months since the launch, 70% of road collisions (with no injuries) and 1,700 crimes were reported online every month using the new service, leading to 65% less time spent triaging reports. This platform got rolled out across other police forces across the UK.

• 1 Year Placement working as an assistant to the director of Equilibrium Design Studio. A creative consultancy specialising in the design, development & manufacture of luggage, travel bags & business cases.
• In my role at the company I was involved in all aspects of commercial design in the luggage industry. In collaboration with the company director and freelancers I worked with various clients to produce products and product ranges for big name luggage brand and retailers.
• During the year I took projects from concept to production. The process could include any number of methods and tools: professional product presentations, detailed specifications, CAD modelling, sampling reviews, detailed design of plastic and metal components, graphic marketing material and professional product photography.
