Ankur Guria — Software Engineer
At Google, I work on the YouTube Billing team, building infrastructure that handles monetization at global scale. My focus is on architecting systems that are reliable, scalable, and built to support millions of YouTube subscribers. Before this, I was part of Persistent Disks - the backbone of VMs in Google Cloud. We built systems to back up disk data at massive scale, moving ~XX PiB of data daily and maintaining ~X EiB in steady state. Outside of work, I love writing, and speaking about where AI is headed (research, product, and policy) and how software engineers can position themselves in the age of intelligent systems. I’m also a fan of clean product thinking and good interfaces. If you're building something interesting in AI or infra - or just want to jam - feel free to reach out.
