• Digité is a Silicon Valley based enterprise software firm that has a Project Portfolio Management solution. I was heading the User Experience and Usability team for Digité. The team consisted of seven designers and writers and I had been entrusted with the responsibility of developing and delivering a consistent user experience across all points of user interaction with the software and the company communication. I helped the company establish itself as a quality design provider. Helped build and managed the user experience team which was able to provide exemplary support to the engineering team.

• At Wanadu, I was the lead User Interface designer and developer working on Flash-XML based conferencing products, websites and eLearning courses. The job involved working extensively with Flash, JavaScript, DHTML, Director and a combination of other rich web media. At Wanadu my responsibilities included project management, Flash UI development, creative supervision of the Mountain View and Belgrade based design teams. Wanadu is today a part of Cisco Systems, Inc. I also did product design and also did some marketing design for Wanadu.
