• My organization at Confluent owned engineering for ksqlDB, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Stream Designer. I led the launch of Confluent Stream Designer - a product that helps build streaming data pipelines visually, from ideation to launch. Proposed and led to the development of an internal compute platform enabling users to bring their code to Confluent Cloud.
• Grew the team from ~30 to ~120, across the US, India, and Europe.
• Proposed and drove the launch of two greenfield projects.
• Increased usage & revenue 10X ($XXM to $XXXM). Grew cloud usage & revenue 500X ($XXK to $XXM).
• Revamped the engineering hiring process and introduced a focus on behavioral interviewing in addition to skill focussed interviewing.
• Was the executive sponsor of the "Women Inclusion Network"
