• Designed and led the development of a privacy and security-focused ecosystem and authentication solution for interactive whiteboards, deployed in 15,000 schools across Australia. Managed a cross-functional team of 4, completing three phases on time and on budget. The system enables teachers to customise profiles and lesson plans across devices, giving the client a competitive advantage in the education sector.
• Technical lead on a case management solution handling $20m annually for major health insurer. Led a team of 4, delivering the project in 3 months using .NET, Angular, and SQL. The solution increased the team’s efficiency by 10%, allowing them to process more cases per year, and replaced manual Excel-driven processes for 4 departments and 60 users.
• Led the design and build of a privacy-focused app for field notes in regulated industry, managing a team of 6 over 2 years. Developed with Azure, .NET, React, Xamarin.Forms, and PostgreSQL, was IRAP approved for use in government and defense.
• Provided leadership and education on .NET, .NET MAUI, Clean Architecture, and security through SSW's mentorship program, training 3 mentees and delivering workshops to over 300 attendees in person, with thousands more online. Delivered workshops and talks at prestigious conferences like NDC and led community events like hackdays and workshops.
