In his dual leadership roles, Rahul is the Global Head of Product Experience – HCM Operations and the India Head of HCM Strategy – Product Experience. His mandate spans enterprise-wide initiatives to design and deliver user-centric digital platforms that reshape how the firm recruits, retains, rewards, and retires talent. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Rahul spent 7.5 years at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, advising global organizations on critical business challenges to enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. He began his career, spending about 2.5 years as an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer at RTX/Raytheon Technologies, specializing in evacuation systems for Airbus and Boeing aircraft. Rahul holds an MBA from IIM Udaipur, where he continues to contribute as a Board Member, helping shape the institute’s long-term strategic vision. He also serves as a Board Member of the Sulonian Alumni Association (SAA), the alumni wing of his alma mater, Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School. His core skillsets include organization transformation, program management, product strategy, design and management, user experience (UX), process design, and change management.
