About

As the founder and creative lead at Idle Creative, I fuse over a decade of fashion photography experience with a forward-thinking approach to entrepreneurship. My work spans editorial and commercial photography, driven by a signature lighting style, refined creative direction, and an ability to authentically translate each brand or model’s unique story into compelling visual narratives. Beyond crafting striking imagery, I manage shoot operations end-to-end, from budget oversight and model coordination to project delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and creative consistency. My style adapts fluidly with cultural and industry shifts, keeping every shoot fresh, relevant, and resonant. Idle Creative is now evolving into a hybrid creative-tech agency, integrating AI research, automation, and multi-agent systems into our core processes. This transformation reflects my deepening interest in the future of creativity, where human intuition meets intelligent systems. From automating content pipelines to developing tools that personalise visual storytelling at scale, we’re building solutions that are efficient, scalable, and deeply expressive. In parallel, I’m developing Mind Mirror, a next-generation journaling platform that uses agent-based architecture to offer deep psychological insights and emotional forecasting, reflecting my growing passion for mindfulness, data-driven design, and meaningful digital experiences. At Idle Creative, our mission is to blur the line between art and technology, creating work that’s not only visually powerful, but also intelligently designed for a rapidly evolving world.

  • I am the lead creative and photographer for the fast growing online shoe company Ego Shoes, at Ego we have product designs straight from the catwalk but at affordable prices. With this in mind the creative direction is to build an aesthetic that sets us apart from our competitors with highly stylised campaigns and clean still life.
  • Alongside creating editorials and building campaigns I work very efficiently to maintain hitting strict deadlines and a productive workflow by outsourcing excessive workload to freelancers. I strive for perfection with the still life at Ego and with my extensive knowledge of capture one and adobe photoshop I am extremely proud of what we have achieved.
  • Amongst this manage studio budgets, model bookings and location scouting as well as liaising with marketing , buying and and influencer outreach to create content for social media platforms, weekly website updates and PR

  • I worked alongside another photographer to manage and organise the studio at an extremely fast growing and competitive fashion company, www.prettylittlething.com
  • The role conists of liaising with our multiple departments to ensure our daily kpi such as 'new in' stock has been shot, edited and sent to our product department ready for upload but also with the creative side enuring site update and mailer/social content have been shot and retouched to the brief of our graphic design team.
  • Since 2016 the company grew substantially, this requirement meant that we would move to a new studio. The first step was to set up a state of the art retouch room where I created photoshop actions for skinwork, guides, swatches, saving for web etc. I also built a filing infrastructure for the process of shoot/edit/upload to an FTP server for the product team. I purposely broke down the process and created systems of efficiency so that any computer can be a hotspot for staff or freelance to be as efficient and easy to understand as possible.
  • The next step was set up 3 individual room to shoot stills and model shots where each was meticulously colour matched to maintain consistency across site. Each computer I had capture one installed and servers set up to ensure an efficient process from shoot/edit/upload witching a 24 hour window.
  • During my time I have,
  • Trained 5 new staff in photography and retouch
  • Shot numerous editorial including Cyber weekend, Halloween, occasion updates
  • 1 campaign in London for the Australia site
  • Created lookbooks/mood boards and sets for briefs set by marketing
  • Built/designed the studio/retouch from the ground up
