I work on high impact projects focused on increasing revenue and optimizing costs to drive profitability.
I also lead new outlet launches ,I’ve successfully executed 135+ launches in 11 months (and actively growing more), coordinating across multiple teams, tight timelines, and on-ground challenges to ensure smooth go-lives.
On the business side, I look after increasing the sales of our dine in business.
I also handle deal identifications ,closure and negotiations with property owners, along with managing the legal process for agreements.
From a cost-efficiency perspective, I work on initiatives like reducing deactivation hours, DG installations, and manpower/staffroom optimization to streamline operations and cut unnecessary expenses.
I also collaborate closely with third-party partners to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support our growth.
