I’m a Mobile tech lead with 10+ years of experience in leading, development and maintenance of large-scale financial and banking mobile applications like First Direct, HSBC Mobile Banking for several coutnries like Taiwan, UK, HK, UAE, Oman, Barclays Mobile Banking and Barclays Pingit. I also have worked in e-Commerce startup as a freelance Android developer as well as developed the payment gateway mobile product from scratch for eCommerce client and worked on core product team of Mobile Payment SDK. The typical daily duties includes, - Android feature development - plan, design, develop and discuss in daily standup. - Jira task assignment, defect management and status reporting during feature development. - Code review through PR, quality check through Lint, PMD and SonarQube analysis. - TDD based development which includes to write unit test cases using JUnit and UI test cases using Expresso framework on MVP and MVVM architecture. - Jenkins build jobs and pipelines setup, access management and maintenance. - SIT/OAT/UAT/LCP defects management during release cycles and provide support after go live. - Keep an eyes on new things in Android and financial domain to drive the innovation within team. I’m passionate about leveraging digital technologies to enhance the user experiences through easy and intelligent mobile interfaces. I would like to work in fast-paced development environment and take ownership of creating and improving mobile apps with clean and testable code written in Java, Kotlin, Android Jetpack, Coroutines, DI, JUnit by applying Android and software engineering best practices to achieve the business goals.
