About

I help early career engineers grow with confidence at MathWorks through coaching, mentoring, technical guidance, and career development in the Engineering Development Group. My earlier work in aerospace and systems engineering, including flight control systems, integration, testing, and certification efforts on major programs such as the Airbus A220 and Boeing 777X, taught me how clear communication and patient leadership help teams succeed. I now use those lessons to support learning, encourage exploration, and help engineers build paths that match their strengths and long term goals while developing strong skills in MATLAB, Simulink, collaboration, and technical problem solving.
