About

I am a commercially disciplined technology executive with 20+ years’ experience building scalable, enterprise-grade platforms in high-growth and regulated environments. Currently CTO for APAC at Thoughtworks, I lead 500+ technologists and shape regional technology strategy with a focus on linking technology investment directly to commercial outcomes — margin expansion, cost-to-serve optimisation, operational leverage, and long-term enterprise value. Previously held P&L accountability for a $5M global modernisation practice operating at a 60% gross margin target, with responsibility for revenue generation, delivery performance, and cost discipline. My work spans platform modernisation, dual-platform transformation, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, and AI-enabled delivery. I am particularly interested in the practical application of automation and AI — distinguishing between ambition and economically viable execution — and in building acquisition-ready architectures that scale across jurisdictions. I work best where technology is not a support function but the primary engine of growth, margin, and defensible enterprise value.
