As the Principal of Milky Way International Preschool 本八幡, within the C2C Group I lead a team of staff from a variety of cultures, languages, ages and backgrounds. Within the Principal role, I am responsible for staff hiring and training, as well as growth and development, as well taking care of the children and parents. I have lead bilingual seminars, public speaking engagements as well as teaching a Childcare course at Showa Women's University in Chiba Prefecture.
