I am an author, parent advocate and autism consultant. I have authored bestselling books Spiritual Parenting, Spiritual Pregnancy, Spiritual Relationships and Spiritual Success published by Hay House India, as well as India's first book on autism by a parent-professional, Beyond the Blue: Love, Life and Autism. I am the recipient of the Young FICCI Ladies Organization (YFLO) Women Achievers Award for writing. I have worked for over a decade with Ummeed Child Development Center, where I provided therapy, conducted trainings and facilitated the WHO Caregiver Skills Training (CST) Program, and with Point of View, on sexuality and disability. Currently, I consult with Rangam, on diversity hiring with a focus on hiring autistic talent, on NAMASTE, a research and capacity development programme implemented by Sangath, University of Manchester, and other institutions in India, the UK, Nepal and Sri Lanka, and with ConnexLearn, a Canada-based learning platform that promotes learning in Behaviour Analysis. I also speak on neurodiversity and inclusion at schools, colleges, clubs and corporate organisations including FICCI, Northern Trust, Shell, True North, Wells Fargo, among others. My presentations cover aspects of neurodiversity and include strategies on hiring neurodivergent employees, being a neurodiversity ally, as well as readings from and discussions on my book, Beyond the Blue.
