I’m a counselling psychologist with a passion for supporting vulnerable populations and empowering individuals to navigate personal and professional challenges. I completed my Master’s in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan (2018), followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from NCERT (2019). I recently completed my PhD in Counselling Psychology from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (2025), further deepening my expertise in mental health and human development. I began my career in 2018 as a Counsellor at the Indian Railway Child Help Desk, where I served until December 2020. I was then promoted to Project Coordinator (January 2020 – Dec 2022), focusing on child protection protocols and crisis intervention in collaboration with railway authorities. From January 2022 to March 2023, I worked as a Project Officer at FXB India Suraksha, supporting street children through emotional, educational, and practical programs. Later, from April 2023 to May 2024, I served as Project Officer at Sakshi NGO, ensuring safe spaces and promoting the rights and welfare of children and adolescents in railway and slum areas. Currently, I offer online counselling sessions, assisting clients with stress management, career transitions, and life challenges. I’m a Certified Career Coach and Life Coach (2023) and an active member of the Counsellors Council of India, BCPA, Society of Young Psychologists, American Psychological Association (APA), Mental Health Professionals of Australia and New Zealand, and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) research network. I’ve completed numerous certificate courses, short programs, and trainings across counselling and mental health throughout my career. I am also a MoCA Cognitive Reader (2025), offering cognitive assessment support to clients. Guided by compassion, research, and practical experience, I remain committed to advancing mental health, resilience, and well-being for individuals and communities alike.
