Neil Leiser — AI Researcher
Grew up in Belgium 🇧🇪 until I was 18, studied Civil and Environmental Engineering at Imperial College London and then did a master in Data Science and Machine Learning at University College London. Spent one year abroad in Australia 🇦🇺 to travel and learn more about Computer Science and Machine Learning. Worked for 2.5 years as a Data Scientist at Iwoca where I built machine learning models for credit risk including credit scoring, affordability assessment and losses prediction. I am now a senior Data Scientist at Artefact - Paris, one of the world’s best AI consulting company. I build and deploy ML and GenAI solutions for clients around Europe. During my free time, I host the AI Stories podcast 🎤🎧. I invite guests from different backgrounds and different industries to talk about their career and how they use AI in their day to day to benefit society and impact our world 🌍. I post about Data Science, Machine Learning and career with a focus on AI applied to industry. Subscribe to the AI Stories YouTube channel👇: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWvn6k4aeceyYKjAleML9VA !
