• At ubank, I have been leading research and UX/UI design, delivering over 40 feature epics across 4 different squads specialising in customer onboarding, activation, and security including a new technology, passkeys.
• Key achievements:
• 📈Increasing passkey adoption from 60% to 90% and reducing password and SMS OTP adoption from 40% to 10%, improving security for customers and the bank.
• 📈Designing a security hub where users can easily manage their passkeys or enable biometrics for a faster login. Releasing the biometrics feature increased our App Store rating from 4.1 to 4.7.

• Key achievements:
• 📈Reducing customer call centre volume by 76% for travel notifications with the 'Overseas travel notifications' feature.
• 📈Increasing customer activation of digital wallets by 53% with a new 'Digital wallet onboarding' activation feature to help get customers purchase ready.
• 📈 Increasing the average number of transacting customers by 50% with a new onboarding and activation feature 'Achievements', introducing gamification to banking.

• In this role I successfully designed UX enhancements for the Unhedged mobile app. I collaborated with Regan Shute, Product Owner at Unhedged, along with my mentor to redesign app processes as part of the sign up and investment journey to enhance the existing Unhedged app user experience, with the aim to increase sign up and first investment conversions.
• The primary challenge in this project was to develop inclusive solutions that met user needs for multiple target audiences (beginner investors, intermediate investors, and time poor advanced investors). Following user feedback, I streamlined the sign up, identity verification, and investment journey.

• Since launching the initial MVP of my tutoring platform in 2020, Get Psyched has facilitated over 4,000 private tutoring bookings and 350 online course sales. Then in early 2025, I launched TutorAI, a subscription based platform that enables students to create their own custom AI-powered tutors for each of their course units.
• Both of these platforms have collectively generated over 450k in revenue without ad spend, proving that product market fit in a in-demand niche can make a big impact.

• Freya created engaging promotional editorials and media content to help musicians boost publicity of upcoming music tours, albums, singles, or E.Ps.
• Freya also interviewed musicians as part of ONTAP's Stripped-Back Recording Sessions, where bands play live covers of their own music and create music videos.

• As a Research Officer in the Therapeutic Brain Stimulation division of ECIMH, I coordinated multiple large scale clinical research projects in the neuroscience field using brain stimulation to treat forms of Dementia such as Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease.
• My key contributions to the field included high-pressure recruitment across multiple trials, conducting neurophysiological and cognitive assessments, developing self-administered treatment kits and instructional manuals, hosting over community presentations on brain health, developing an and hosting an online educational webinar series; as well as leading the centre regarding website design, website building, and branding.
• My research led to multiple publications in the scientific literature including an international book regarding treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), tilted 'Autism Spectrum Disorder: Neuromodulation, Neurofeedback and Sensory Integration Approaches to Research and Treatment'.
• My career in neuroscience stems from 4-years studying psychology as part of my Bachelor degree in Psychological Science (2016) and Graduate Diploma of Psychology (2017) at Deakin University. My graduate thesis examined the relationship between mirror neurons and empathy using brain stimulation, as well as assessing the relevance of intelligence in social inferencing as part of the Cognitive Neuroscience Unit.
