• Before the company’s sunset, I led the dollar card initiative and elevated the brand image across multiple platforms.
• Worked on prepaid card distribution network in Nigeria to drive financial inclusion, but exited due to structural issues in dollar payments and low ARPU.
• Led a support team of 12 handling ~800 tickets daily. Revamped the system by integrating bots and a lean team to manage social media (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram), improving brand optics.
