From Customer Success to Product Manager, A Builder Shaped by Execution I started my journey in startups through Customer Success, where I learned to listen deeply, solve real user pain points, and deliver with empathy. This led me to operations at a design-focused company, where I was exposed to how systems, UX, and business goals intersect, and that’s when the curiosity to build products began.
