For the past 20 years of my engineering career, I have worked throughout the defense industry specializing in cybersecurity as a security researcher for the Department of Defense and other defense contracting companies. I have engineered cyber solutions across several technology platforms using a variety of programming languages. I've led three tech startups, serving as CTO for two of them. I apply my in-depth technology expertise towards growing businesses of all sizes, including startups to large corporations. I've successfully pursued, proposed, and won IDIQs and Task Orders in the area of Offensive Cyber Operations. As a recipient of the NSF Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant, I strategically grow businesses using simple yet innovative solutions. I've been featured across several national media outlets as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, including: *Fox Business News *Yahoo! Finance *Yahoo! News *The Hill *U.S News and World Report *ABC News *The Baltimore Sun *Boys and Girls Club of America *DiscoverE I have trained and developed security researchers at one of the top five aerospace and defense industry companies. Over the years, I have also taught at different conferences, such as Ringzer0 and Security BSides Orlando. In 2014, I became a DEFCON CTF finalist, placing in 6th and ranking in the top 1.5% of ethical hackers worldwide. I also hold a CISSP and CEH certification.
