Hi, I’m Ria 👋 — Co-founder & CEO of Sychedelic. My journey began in 2016, when I lost my sister, Pankhuri, to a rare brain infection. That moment made me deeply aware of how little we understand about brain health—and it pushed me to dedicate my work to changing that. I started with Neuphony, India’s first consumer neurofeedback wearable, and today I’m building Sychedelic—headphones that don’t just play music but help people improve focus, sleep, and resilience. For me, entrepreneurship is about more than products—it’s about building with good intentions, leading with empathy, and creating businesses that positively shape how humans live, act, and behave over the long term. At the heart of it all lies health, because sustainable growth—personal or professional—always begins there.
