• Redweb is an NMA top 100 digital agency providing web solutions to large corporate and government clients, including UX, Design and Development. Reporting to the Creative Director, my role is in the first two phases of their five phase delivery blueprint. During the first phase, Research and Planning, I am responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis, research, stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops and user testing. During the second phase, Solution Definition, I am responsible for the information architecture, scamping, wireframing, prototyping and validation (user testing). • LV= is a top 3 UK insurer. Working in the eCommerce department I was responsible for the interaction design and testing of LV=’s online insurance applications, both for general and life insurance. This involved stakeholder interviews and workshops, information architecture, wireframing in Balsamiq and prototype construction in Axure. In addition to the user experience activity, I was involved with the web analytics team to query Omniture, Tealeaf and Google Analytics to direct user research and redesign of user interfaces and journeys.
