• Drove the creation of a public roadmap and a community RFC process, integrating community feedback directly into the development process.
• Implemented and automated a new feature request and issue-tracking process that reduced the open issue backlog by over 59%.
• Conceived and led the creation of Angular DevTools, an official debugging and profiling tool.
• Designed the core architecture of Angular DevTools, designed and developed stable debugging APIs in the framework required for DevTools' success.
• Led the cross-functional launch strategy (Chrome, Dev Marketing) for Angular DevTools. We launched at Google I/O and integrated Angular DevTools in I/O adventure as part of the interactive experience.
