  • b. Helped improve FOS App adoption by covering the knowledge gaps in how to create fos ids, how to allocate leads, how to upload leads, and issue resolution
  • c. Helped in the understanding of the multiple reports across multiple platforms that can be used to see and direct business in the right direction Ex. Sprinkle, fos console, Tls++, ALs++, Horeca Weekly Tracker, etc
  • d. Also, share certain codes and their specific use cases as to how they can help the business.
  • e. Helped in setting up a “phasing file” that was used for city-Pincode-day level tracking. It helped in breaking day-wise phasing at Pincode level so that relevant targets can be given to BDEs and TLs.
  • 2. Increase in Verticals sold and BDE productivity via fos app –
  • a. Did a city-vertical-listing level analysis for understanding the top 3 SKUs that go in each vertical in each city for Bangalore, Delhi & Hyderabad
  • b. This went as an Input for Making the city-wise customized “Product Detailer”
  • 3. Miscellaneous Functions –
  • a. Organized and executed "HORECA Demand Meet up" in Bangalore. Demand leads from all the active cities that came in to exchange their initiatives.
  • b. Lead the initiative for profiling of HORECA buyers by the Tech team.

  • d. As a healthy buyer base grew, we eventually reached more than 1Cr business in a day.
  • 3. Implementing KAM/NAM structure in Bangalore –
  • a. After having a good team strength and a huge buyer base, it became extremely important to identify buyers of high priority. We defined Key Accounts as KAM Buyers.
  • b. Clear segregation was made between a KAM BDE (45) & a NAM (45) BDE and their respective performance metrics were defined.
  • c. The most challenging part of this structure was to allocate leads to the respective BDEs, as there was no uniform trend. TLs were given special training for this specific task.

  • Industrial Design Centre (IDC) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) offers an excellent environment for academics, research and applications in the field of design.
  • My projects:
  • 1. Doing and exhaustive market research on the broom market in mumbai, in order to do a piolt of 1000 brooms which we were sourcing from a NGO based out of odisha. I proposed two designs based on the scenario of mumbai, both of them had plastic base handles. Also, figured out a different, unique, allegent and cheap way to package those brooms even when the quantity was as low as 1000.
  • 2. In order to start a company in bamboo craft domain, it was needed that someone understands the craft market in india on the ground. Also, prodcut validation of the 2 products (tea coasters, bamboo tary) were needed. A proposal for right pricing strategy, and the share among different stakeholders was made. Conducted a couple of surveys in order to identify and analyze the kinds of trends in the market. Interacted with more than 10 retailers operating in mumbai, and talked to more than 15 startup founders and NGO founders operational in this industry!
  • 3. Designing of a Bamboo based LED lamp for the students preparing for competitive examinations, in a way that it is easy to manufacture and inspires the students to study!
