• My team's purpose is to Connect Google to the World. We build the infrastructure which connects our Datacenters to the Internet from Layer-3 up to the Cloud Product including our Wide Area Network, Network Design and Planning Software, Layer-7 Load-Balancing and CDN. We own some of the most mission-critical base-infrastructure that enables you to talk to Google. And we work to expose that capability to anyone as part of Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Interconnect, Layer-7 LB, CDN).

• Worked on the founding team of Google's Content Delivery Platform (known externally as Google Global Cache or GGC) which is built to accelerate delivery of content for Google and provide video-streaming for its YouTube subsidiary by intelligently routing user-requests to geographically and topologically distributed servers. The platform is one of the largest CDNs in the world and supports the single largest content provider on the Internet. From 2009 to present, serve as technical lead and of the platform. Recognized technical expert in content-delivery, traffic-routing/load-balancing, software controlled networking within Google.
• As technical lead, responsible for day-to-day operations of the platform (minus front-line operations) including oversight for software rollouts, configuration changes, node turn-up and deployment planning. Maintain long-term roadmap and architecture plan, begin new major efforts, coordinate ongoing efforts, provide technical oversight over all design and development, mentor team, perform external outreach to partners and the community while still actively contributing code. Implementation in C++ and Python with a bevy of Google proprietary technologies (MapReduce, BigTable, RPC, Chubby, GFS, etc.)
