Currently, establishing the Bitumen & Fuel Oil Trade network for Luna Energy from Dubai. Prior to this, I co-founded a sports tech platform for fans. As the co-founder CMO, built the fastest growing sports app in the country - PagalFan, with an aim to bring the sports closer to its fans. Fans, truly, elevate any sports/games to being an emotion and its players to super stardom. Had a great run with a great team before exiting. I started my post-MBA career as an M&A Consultant at Deloitte's Strategy & Operations division, where I worked across the M&A lifecycle (extensively in the post deal phase, primarily out of the US) for a clientele spanning across 5 sectors. Post Deloitte, I took a plunge into the Indian startup ecosystem. In separate capacities, I was engaged in identifying opportunities to solve key data science and data engineering problems for Fortune 500 companies, for streamlining operations and overall program management within a HealthTech Unicorn’s product division, and overseeing the launch of the B2B2C channel for an EdTech unicorn. Most recently, I aided the India office opening for a NYSE listed firm in the fintech space! While nothing could prepare one for the on-ground learnings during these exposures, I do have a couple of Masters to aid the process. I have completed my PGDM from IIM Indore and Engineering from NIT Rourkela (ECE, Honours’) I loved Maths growing up and had secured All India Rank (AIR) 14 in the Indian National Maths Olympiad (INMO), '09 and was a gold medal awardee in the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO). I also qualified for the National Talent Search (NTSE) Scholarship, topped the State of Odisha in the Xth CBSE Board Examinations and was in the top 10 in the XIIth State Board Examinations. But I loved writing as well and while being a student at NIT-Rourkela, I worked as a Radio Jockey (RJ) for nearly 14 months, at 104FM Radio Choklate, a Bhubaneswar based FM station. I co-directed multiple short films, one of which was awarded at a national fest. In 2021, I published an anthology of poems titled “Abyss and Other Poems” and a second book is in the works, thanks to the encouragement I received at numerous open-mic sessions. I have always been a firm believer of the adage - “one should be the change one wants to see” and have been involved in several NGOs and NPs since my college days. Recently, I opened a library at my native village and declared a scholarship for the underprivileged students of the area!
