• I serve as Country Manager for LinkedIn India which helps LinkedIn realize its vision by
• (1) Building in India for the World with our largest R&D center outside the bay area in Bangalore
• (2) Growing LinkedIn in India, our second largest and fastest growing market, by connecting 170+ million Indians with economic opportunity
• I also lead product for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) which helps 1.5 million sellers connect with the right buyers to grow their business.

• Led Feed through one of its most meaningful transformations from virality to value. We pivoted the feed algorithm from distributing content purely based on virality to factor in the personalized value each member gets from the content they see on their feed - be it knowledge from thought leaders, building better relationships with people they know or discovering opportunities.
• Led our generative AI efforts across the LinkedIn consumer product. Launched Coach, a conversational AI product that helped members get feed post and article summaries, ask questions about topics that surfaced in feed and search, and help job seekers understand fit to apply to the right jobs.

• Redesigned the LinkedIn Profile to enable all members - creators, hirers, job seekers, sellers, learners and service providers - to tell their professional story and connect with opportunity. Launched Profile Video, Career Breaks and Open to Work for Services & Volunteering.
• Launched Focused Inbox and made real-time messaging more reliable.
• Launched a new search experience that enabled members to discover opportunity across everything LinkedIn has to offer - People, Jobs, Posts, Groups, Events, Courses, Services and Pages (Companies, Schools, Brands).

• Led LinkedIn's jobseeker product. Helped 5 million people get hired on LinkedIn in 2019. Grew job seekers by 5x in 3 years, and with that a team of 11 PMs and 100+ engineers, designers and data scientists. Led partnerships with Google (Google for Jobs), Microsoft (Resume Assistant, Bing Jobs) and Apple. Built a portfolio of jobseeker products which included Job Search, Job Alerts, Recommendations, Open Candidates, Referrals, 1-Click Apply, Salary, Guest pages and Commute.
• Also briefly oversaw new product development in human capital management, the integration of Glint, partnerships with Microsoft's productivity suite, and LinkedIn Talent Insights.

• Led the search and discovery product team. We launched best-in-class people search experiences across LinkedIn's consumer and enterprise applications (Recruiter, Sales Navigator). This was powered by Galene, an overhaul of our search platform. We also launched search experiences for jobs, companies, groups, universities and feed content.
