My journey into this field began after my own experience with couple therapy, which made me realize the transformative power of a good therapist. Now, I’m on a mission to create safe, insightful spaces for couples to navigate challenges like money, communication, and cultural expectations. Before diving into psychology, I spent 4+ years creating online courses and managing communities for creators, blending creativity with strategy. Now, I channel those skills into creating engaging content for my Instagram page, @the.relationship.lab, where I share actionable insights on how individuals and couples can build strong relationships. I’m also the co-founder of Raising Family Academy, where I work alongside Dr. Meghna Singhal to build courses that equip mental health professionals with the tools and confidence to do deep, meaningful work—starting with parenting and couples therapy. When I’m not studying or crafting Reels, I’m connecting with private practice therapists to organize events that foster reflection and growth. My goal is to support couples and therapists alike in building stronger, healthier relationships.
