Documentation Preparation & Verification :
> Prepare import/export documents, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Delivery Order, etc.
> Verify the accuracy of shipping documents to match with LC (Letter of Credit), Purchase Orders, and client requirements.
> Ensure compliance with customs rules, HS codes, and international trade regulations.
Customs & Regulatory Compliance :
> Submit customs declarations and upload XML/EDI files through customs.gov.bd or other government portals.
> Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and port officials to resolve clearance issues.
> Monitor regulatory updates to ensure all documentation follows the latest government policies.
Data Management & Record Keeping
> Maintain shipment records, invoices, and transaction logs (both digital & physical files).
> Handle accurate data entry in logistics platforms such as ccls.cargoaim.com or Company ERP systems.

YSALI, or the Young South Asian Leaders Initiative, brings together youth from South Asian countries including Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The goal is to address shared challenges and realize opportunities related to economic prosperity through entrepreneurship, environmental resilience, and civic engagement, while fostering leadership and collaboration among young leaders in the region.
