Most talent agencies don’t struggle because of talent or deal flow. They struggle once everything starts living across spreadsheets, inboxes, WhatsApp threads, and tools that were never built for how agencies actually work. As rosters grow and campaigns overlap, things get messy fast: Briefs get re-sent, deadlines get missed, usage gets unclear, and teams spend more time chasing than managing. That’s the problem I’m focused on solving. I’m building Circle Club, a purpose-built platform for talent and influencer management agencies. It brings campaigns, talent, timelines, rosters, and billing into one place designed around real agency workflows, not generic CRM assumptions. Everything we’ve built so far has been shaped directly by conversations with agency owners and managers. The goal isn’t more software. It’s fewer workarounds and less friction day to day.
