• I led geospatial AI for preventative property maintenance at Granular AI, scaling a lean business to ~$150K ARR with ~10% MoM growth. I served as PI on a $750K AFRL defense contract and secured NGA funding, built GeoEngine into a production platform adopted across DoD, insurance, and property restoration, and led teams shipping patented multi-view vision systems, LLM-powered inspection workflows, and large-scale damage detection models.
