• As a member of the Vehicle Dynamics team, I along with my team mates was responsible for the design and fabrication of suspension and steering systems for the 2009 Formula Manipal car which participated at Formula Student UK 2009 competition.
• Apart from the the kinematics part of the design, I was solely responsible for design of all individual components and their optimization using FEA tools.
• I worked closely with the Electronics Team for laying the ground work for the development of our own Data Acquisition System.

• Formula Manipal is a team of students who participate at the international competition called Formula Student. The challenge is to design, fabricate and compete with a 600cc formula style race car.
• As the Technical Head of the Formula Manipal Team for 2010 season, I was responsible for establishment of a clear and stage wise design process for efficient utilization of time and man power.
• Under my leadership, the Technical Team was able to design and manufacture India's lightest Formula SAE car on time and within budget.
• We also were the first Indian team to develop a full fledged data acquisition system based around NI cRIO. As a member of the cross function team ( Vehicle Dynamics + Electronics) I developed the plan for parameters to be measured, conversion of the measured values into meaningful data and provided inputs for the GUI.
• I designed various CFRP components including for the 2010 car which were sponsored by National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore.
